As of June 1st the company has instituted alternating tandem lateral schedules:

June 1-7 Laterals 3 & 4 will get water,

June 8-14 Laterals 1 & 2 will get water,

June 15 - 21 Laterals 3 & 4 will get water,

June 22 - 28 Laterals 1 & 2 will get water.

June 29 - TBD (depending on Ag. Ditch/Clear Creek flow)

Construction Policy

A "prescriptive easement," means the ditch lateral system cannot be altered in any way, either by location, elevation, or type of ditch without permission from the Board of Directors.
